Registration Information
We are happy to continue offering a hybrid meeting format so that all can participate.
All sessions on the main stage will be live streamed and recorded. Major breakout sessions will be recorded. Small breakshop sessions will not be streamed or recorded. All recorded content will be available on demand to all registrants after the event.
CME is available for all options: in person, live stream and on demand.
COVID-19
As responsible healthcare providers, we are recommending that all members and their families planning to attend in person will be vaccinated as appropriate for their own protection and that of our membership and the patients we serve. Masking is strongly encouraged.
We look forward to everyone coming together again for a safe and wonderful meeting in May. If you can’t come in person, please register and join us online!

International Participants
In-person and virtual registrants from countries in zones 2, 3 and 4 are eligible for discounted rates.
Trainees from countries in zones 2, 3 and 4 are eligible for FREE virtual attendance.
Email info@apsapedsurg.org to receive your discount code to use during registration.
IPSO members from countries in zone 1 receive the APSA member rates. No discount code is necessary, you can check the appropriate box during registration.
Payment Instructions
All registration forms must be accompanied by check or credit card information – VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. APSA does not accept Diners Club. Make checks payable, in U.S. funds, to the American Pediatric Surgical Association. No registrations will be processed without full payment.
All meeting participants, including authors, Board members and APSA officers are expected to pay the appropriate registration fee.
APSA Past Presidents receive complimentary registration.

Confirmation of Registration
Attendees will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt within 24 hours of registering online and within two weeks if registering by mail or email.
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by April 15, 2024, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2024.
Registration Changes
Changes from in-person attendance to virtual attendance and vice versa are allowed at any time but must be submitted in writing to Matt Walter at info@apsapedsurg.org
