If you are planning to attend in person, the APSA 2023 Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Reservations
The APSA group rate is $245 USD + 12.5% occupancy tax. Resort fee has been waived for all attendees. Rooms and rates are based on availability.
Deadline to receive the discounted rate is April 17, 2023. Discounted room rates are available May 8-14.

Reservation Cancellations
Your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. Make any necessary cancellations at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Self-Parking is discounted to $15.00 + 6.5% tax. Valet parking is $45.00 + tax per night.
Dress Code
Attire for the APSA Annual Meeting is business casual. Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, APSA recommends bringing a light sweater or jacket.
