Registration Information

We are happy to continue offering a hybrid meeting format so that all can participate.

All sessions on the main stage will be live streamed and recorded. Breakout sessions will be recorded. Workshops will not be streamed or recorded. All recorded content will be available on demand to all registrants after the event.

CME is available for all options: in person, live stream and on demand.

Discounted rates are available for rooms booked May 3 – 12.

Discounted rates are available until April 3.

The APSA group rate is $405 CDN + tax (approximately $280 USD per current conversion rate).

International Participants

  • In-person and virtual registrants from countries in zones 2, 3 and 4 are eligible for discounted rates.
  • Trainees from countries in zones 2, 3 and 4 are eligible for FREE virtual attendance.
  • Email info@apsapedsurg.org to receive your discount code to use during registration.

Payment Instructions

  • All registration forms must be accompanied by check or credit card information – VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. APSA does not accept Diners Club. Make checks payable, in U.S. funds, to the American Pediatric Surgical Association. No registrations will be processed without full payment.
  • All meeting participants, including presenting authors, speakers, moderators, panelists, Board members and APSA officers are expected to pay the appropriate registration fee.
  • APSA Past Presidents receive complimentary registration. Contact APSA Headquarters for details or assistance at info@apsapedsurg.org 

Confirmation of Registration

Attendees will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt within 24 hours of registering online and within two weeks if registering by mail or email.

Cancellation of Registration

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by April 3, 2025, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after April 3, 2025.

Registration Changes

Changes from in-person attendance to virtual attendance and vice versa are allowed at any time but must be submitted in writing to info@apsapedsurg.org
