Due to a limited number of rooms, if you are attending a pre-meeting event and need a room for Monday, May 4, please contact APSA staff after you make your reservation to confirm availability.
The importance of reserving a hotel room at the Sheraton Chicago Grand Riverwalk within the APSA group block cannot be stressed enough. We make every effort to keep registration and hotel rooms as low as possible, negotiating the best hotel rates and making the best use of your registration dollars to keep the Annual Meeting affordable for all. By reserving a room within the APSA group block, you help us avoid exposure to penalties for not fulfilling our contracted room block commitments, and thus you support APSA not only in 2026, but also in future meetings.

Reservation Cancellations
Make any necessary cancellations at least 72 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.

Attire for the APSA Annual Meeting is business casual. Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, APSA recommends bringing a light sweater or jacket.
