Mission Statement

To educate, inspire and support women pediatric surgeons to realize their personal and professional goals and to serve the Pediatric Surgery community in addressing the issues inherent to training and practice in maintaining a diverse and balanced workforce.

 Goals:

  • To promote professional growth and development in the discipline of Pediatric Surgery
  • To develop, encourage and advance women as leaders in Pediatric Surgery
  • To enhance and facilitate interaction among women pediatric surgeons around the world
  • To provide a forum and networking opportunities to enhance women’s surgical career satisfaction
