Loupes Around the World was founded in 2007 by Dr. David C. Knight. The objective of the foundation is to provide loupes to surgeons in developing countries who do not have the means to obtain them. Through the Recoup the Loupes program, loupes are donated, and the parts are used to create new loupes for our designated international surgeons at a significantly reduced cost.
Have Loupes You’re No Longer Using?
Send Them to APSA.
APSA has partnered with Loupes Around the World making it easy for pediatric surgeons to donate their old loupes for recycling. Fixed and adjustable loupes are welcome. Designs for Vision loupes are returned to the factory where they are adjusted for new users. Adjustable loupes in good condition are sent out to appropriate recipients. All loupes are personally delivered by surgeons traveling to the region making the delivery process safe, secure and essentially cost-free. Headlights are welcome too!
