The mission of the Membership and Credentials Committee is:

• To support the mission of APSA and its growth.
• To provide detailed review of applications for membership in APSA in the five membership categories:
  • Regular member
  • Candidate member
  • Associate member
  • International member
  • Resident member
• To promote an inclusive and transparent process to submit eligible applicants from diverse backgrounds to the Board of Governors for their review and approval.
• To serve the Board of Governors in an advisory role as questions of membership and credentials arise.
