AUDIT COMMITTEE

APSA Committees carry out a number of different critical functions for the association. To learn more about a specific committee, click on the name below. APSA members who are logged onto the site will also see committee chair contact information.

The Audit Committee mission is to review the audited financial statements of APSA, assuring to the membership and Board of Governors that the auditor’s report and the organization’s financial status are accurate, appropriate and are aligned with the annual budgetary process. This information is confirmed and reported to the membership and Board. In the event that an error or inaccuracy is instead found in the audit review process, such a discrepancy is then reported to the Board of Governors for their action.
